摘 要:为了研究荷叶直饮茶粉超微粉碎的工艺参数,以粒度合格率为指标,探讨超微粉碎时间、超微粉碎频率和超微粉碎风速3个因素对荷叶直饮茶粉粒度合格率的影响。通过单因素试验得出,荷叶直饮茶粉超微粉碎较优的工艺参数为超微粉碎时间25 min,超微粉碎频率25 Hz,超微粉碎风速1.5 m/s;采用二次通用旋转组合设计方法进行回归试验,确定超微粉碎的最佳参数组合为超微粉碎频率24.86 Hz,超微粉碎风速1.63 m/s;超微粉碎频率的变化对粒度合格率的影响较大,超微粉碎频率在23~26 Hz,超微粉碎风速在1.4~1.8 m/s的范围内,粒度合格率都在80%以上。In order to study the lotus leaf superfine grinding processing parameters which regards the passing rate as the index,this paper discusses the ultrafine grinding time,ultrafine grinding frequency and ultrafine grinding wind speed as main factors on the influence of particle size passing rate,and the best parameter combination are determined. Through single factor tests,it results that the better parameter combination is ultrafine grinding time is 25 min,the ultrafine grinding frequency is 25 Hz and ultrafine grinding wind speed is 1.5 m/s. Quadratic general rotation design method to determine the best combination of parameters: the ultrafine grinding frequency is 24.86 Hz and ultrafine grinding wind speed is 1.63 m/s. Ultrafine grinding frequency has a large effect on particle size passing rate, and the ultrafine grinding frequency in 23~26 Hz, the ultrafine grinding wind speed in the context of 1.4~1.8 m/s,the particle size passing rate all over 80%.
