摘　　要：法院（向原告）提供针对被告的禁令救济，并同意维持对案件的管辖，以确保和解协议得到履行。禁令救济是法院给予的一种救济形式，要求一方当事人为或不为某事。当事人不遵守法院的命令，可构成藐视法庭，并被法院施加其他处罚。The court orders injunctive relief against the defendant and agrees tomaintain jurisdiction over the case to ensure that the settlement is followed. Injunctive relief is a remedy imposed by a court in which a party is instructed to do or not do something. Failure to obey the order may lead the court to find the party in Contempt and to impose other penalties.
