摘　　要：实践是检验学生知识与技能的重要方式,人力资源管理专业实践教学开展致力于将学生所学知识融合到社会实践之中,以期将知识转化为技能,帮助学生更好地掌握人力资源管理相关知识。秉着合理化原则切实顺应市场的动态化需要确立目标。以实践性改革教学方式,并加强老师实践教学能力的培养。Practice is the important way to testing students＇ knowledge and skills, and practice teaching for students majoring in human resource management is devoted to integrating knowledge they learned with social practice with the purpose of changing knowledge into skills and helping students better master relevant knowledge. Some teaching suggestions are put forward like this： establishing rational goals that adapt to the need of dynamic market, reforming practical teaching methods, and strengthening the cultivation of practical ability of teaching staff.
