摘 要:同步课堂已在多个实验区被应用于解决农村教学点开课不齐、师资不足、教学资源匮乏等突出问题。目前,咸安实验区已基本实现"开齐课"的目标,如何实现"开好课"的目标则成为重难点。文章在分析咸安目前同步课堂教学模式的基础上,通过实地问卷调查、访谈等形式发现该模式在应用过程中存在异地师生、生生互动较少等问题,根据当地实际情况,提出通过划分单位课时和利用微课进行辅助的方法,来增加课堂互动,以期改善现有模式的弊端,为同步课堂后续开展提供切实有效的帮助,促使"开好课"的目标早日实现。Synchronous classroom has been applied in several experimental areas to solve the problems existing in rural small-school that lacking of unified course, inadequate teaching staff, and teaching resource. At present, Xian'an experimental area has basically realized the target of "setting up unified courses". While how to "delivering good courses" has become the current focus and difficulty. Based on analyzing the teaching mode of synchronous classroom in Xian'an and adopting the methods of on-site survey, interview and other forms, the problems existing in the applying process of this mode were found, including less interaction between remote teachers and students, between students and students. Meanwhile, according to the local actual situation, the solution of increasing interaction that dividing the unit class and using micro class to assist was put forward, which improved the drawbacks of existing mode, provided effective help for the follow-up development of synchronous classroom, and promoted realization of "delivering good courses".
