摘　　要：在地方高校转型发展大背景下,基础学科积极进行教学改革探索。我们以有机化学不同专业的教学实践为例,分别提出并实施了以下教学改革:转变教学观念,提高"双师型"教师结构比例,精选教材,优化教学内容,丰富教学手段,提高课堂效率,完善以培养应用能力为主的学习过程和质量考核评价体系,达到了较好教学效果,提高学生解决实际问题的能力。Under the background of the transformation and development of local colleges, the basic disciplines actively carry out teaching reform. Taking the teaching practice of different specialty of organic chemistry as an example, we put forward and implemented the following teaching reform respectively： changing the teaching idea, improving the proportion of＇the ＂double teacher＂ structure, selecting the teaching material, optimizing the teaching content, enriching the teaching means and improving the classroom efficiency, To improve the application of learning ability-based learning process and quality assessment system, to achieve a better teaching effect, improve students ability to solve practical problems.
