摘  要:基于教育质量监测结果推动教育改革、促进质量提升是当前基础教育发展的国际趋势,世界各国通过参加跨国教育质量监测,借助国际教育标准和坐标分析本国的优势和不足,据此调整相关政策。部分国家也通过建立本国的教育质量监测体系为政府管理与决策、学校教育教学诊断与改进提供数据信息支撑,监测结果同时成为教育问责的重要依据。国际教育质量监测结果运用的经验对我国基础教育质量监测的开展有着重要的借鉴作用。It has been an international trend to implement the education quality assessment and to promote the education reform based on the assessment result for better education quality. Through taking part in the cross-country-and-area education assessment program, lots of countries could analyse their strength and shortage by the international education standard and setting, and they could learn advanced experience from other countries and to promote the domestic education reform. As well, most of the countries establish their own education quality assessment system to collect data and information for the policy making, teaching diagnosis and improvement and public accountability. The international experiences from using the result of education quality assessment may give us great inspiration on how to implement China's education quality assessment.
