本科护生非技术技能与社会支持的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 了解本科护生非技术技能与社会支持之间的关系,为护理教育者改善护生的社会支持和提高护生的非技术技能提供理论依据.方法 2016年6月,采用整群抽样的方法,运用本科护生非技术技能测评量表、社会支持评定量表对180名实习前本科护生进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计描述和相关性检验.结果 回收有效问卷170份,本组护生的非技术技能得分为（3.570±0.419）分,处于中上水平,社会支持得分为（34.220±5.918）分,处于中等水平.护生非技术技能与社会支持呈正相关（r值为0.181~0.294,P〈0.05）,经多元回归分析,社会支持对护生非技术技能的解释量为12.8%.结论 社会支持对护生非技术技能具有正向预测作用,改善社会支持水平是提高护生非技术技能的一种有效方式.Objective To investigate the correlation between non-technical skills and social support of undergraduate nursing students,and provide references for nursing educators to improve the social support and enhance the non-technical skills of nursing students.Methods Using cluster sampling method,totally 180 nursing students were investigated before clinical practice with non-technical skills inventory and social support scale by cluster sampling method from June 2016. Statistical description and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data in this study.Results There were 170 effective questionnaires,and the non-technical skills of nursing students was at middle level with score （3.570±0.419）;the social support was at middle level with score （34.220±5.918）. There was positive correlation between non-technical skill and social support of nursing students （r=0.181-0.294,P〈 0.05）. Multiple regression analysis showed that,12.8% of non-technical skills of nursing students could be explained by social support.Conclusions Social support has positive prediction to non-technical skills of nursing students. Change the social support is an effective way to improve the nursing students＇ non-technical skills.
