摘  要:目的评价运用Seminar教学法在培养高职护生评判性思维能力中的应用效果。方法选取102名高职护生为对照组,100名高职护生为实验组,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用Seminar教学法,包括组建教学师资、制订教学计划、设置教学内容及实施教学方案。教学结束后,比较两组高职护生理论、操作考核成绩及评判性思维能力。结果两组高职护生理论、操作考核成绩比较,实验组高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组高职护生在评判性思维中,寻找真相,开放思想,系统化能力、自信心、求知欲维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 Seminar教学法对高职护生的综合能力具有积极影响,值得在护理高等教育中进一步推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of Seminar teaching method in enhancing critical thinking among nursing students in higher vocational college. Methods A total of 102 nursing students in higher vocational college were selected as the control group, and 100 nursing students in higher vocational college as the intervention group. The control group received the traditional teaching method, while the intervention group received the Seminar teaching method. The theory and operating scores and critical thinking ability at the end of teaching were compared. Results The intervention group had higher scores in theory and operating than the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). The score of search for truth, open mindedness, systematization, self- confidence, curiosity in critical thinking ability in the intervention group were higher significantly than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Seminar method has a positive effect on comprehensive ability among nursing students in higher vocational college ,which is worthy of further promotion in nursing education.
