摘 要:目的:探讨Seminar教学法在高职护理技能教学中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2014级护理专业1班护生48名为观察组,2班护生48名为对照组。对照组采用传统护理技能教学,观察组采取Seminar教学。最后通过技能考核,护生问卷调查,护生临床沟通能力测量表及中文版评判性思维能力测量表进行效果评价。结果:观察组护生的技能考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),护生临床沟通能力得分、评判性思维能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生对Seminar教学持肯定态度。结论:Seminar教学法能提高护生的操作能力、评判性思维能力和临床沟通能力。Objective : To discuss the application effect of Seminar teaching method in the teaching of higher vocational nursing skill Methods : Selected 48 nursing students majoring in nursing from Class 1, Grade 2014 of our college as the observation group and 48 nursing students from Class 2 as the control group, conventional nursing skill teaching was employed for the nursing students in the control group, and Seminar teaching was employed for the nursing students in observation group and finally the effect was evaluated through skill assessment, nursing student questionnaire investigation, nursing student clini- cal communication ability scale and the Chinese version critical thinking ability scale. Results:The score of skill assessment of nursing students in the obser- vation group was higher than that of nursing students in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), the score of clinical communication ability and score of critical think- ing ability of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those of nursing students in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; and nursing students in the observation group held an affirmative attitude toward Seminar teaching. Conclusion:Seminar teaching method could improve the nursing students'opera- tion ability, critical thinking ability and clinical communication ability.
