摘  要:当前学生评教被广泛应用且被赋予重要地位。以X大学的学生评教为个案展开元评价研究,其学生评教中存在学生遵循的标准与学校设计的指标体系脱节,学生评教组织实施与结果反馈无法让学生感到评教的意义等问题。改进评教工作,建议以教学满意度调查代替现有的大面积学生评教工作,鼓励教师自觉运用"自我评价"的方法评价与改进教学,同时要科学运用评价技术,慎重对待评价结果。As an essential part of the teaching quality evaluation system,students' evaluation of teaching had been extensively used in teaching quality evaluation of university teachers. Taking X University as an example to meta-evaluation research, it is found that series of problems exist in students' evaluation of teaching, such as the standard students followed is disjointed with index system, the result feedback cannot let students feel the significance of appraisal, and there exists differences between schools and students in the teaching requirements for teachers, etc. To improve the appraisal work, it is suggested to launch teaching satisfaction survey instead of the existing large students' evaluation of teaching work, encourage teachers to consciously use"self-assessment"approach to evaluate and improve teaching, meanwhile use evaluation technology scientifically, and seriously the treat evaluation results.
