摘　　要：讨论了自动化专业职教师资培养课程群建设,基于天津职业技术师范大学自动化专业的特色,提出自动化专业职教师资培养课程群的完整架构,并从课程群体系、教材体系、实验实训场地配置、师资队伍建设、教学实施与质量保障等方面进行了探讨。该课程群体系体现了"职业性、学术性、师范性"的三性结合理念,并在实践中取得了良好效果。This paper addresses the system construction of course groups for automation specialty on teacher＇s training in vocational education. With our features on automation specialty, a framework is proposed to illustrate our course groups system on teacher＇s training in vocational education, and more discussion is carried out in the aspects such as the course groups system, the teaching material system, the configuration of experimental training site, the construction of faculty team, the teaching implementation and quality assurance. The proposed course groups system follows the ideology which intends to organically combine the professionalism, technicality and normality, and has achieved good effect in practice.
