摘  要:分子生物学是一门从分子水平研究生命现象、生命本质及其规律的科学,是现代生命科学中最具活力的带头学科,由于其知识点抽象,是学生掌握较为困难的一门学科。基于高等师范院校师范生的培养目标,结合分子生物学的课程特点,在课堂教学中,利用PBL教学模式,凸显以"学生为主体",更有助于培养学生科学思维能力,团队协作精神以及语言组织和表达能力,为师范生走向教学岗位或从事相关的科研工作打下基础,同时对基础教育培养高素质的师资力量意义重大。Molecular Biology is a scientific discipline which studies biological phenomena, life essence and rules at the molecular level.It is important to learn and understand the theoretical and technical knowledge systematically for the students majoring in life science in a college. Because of its abstract knowledge, it is a difficult subject for students. Based on the training objectives and training programs of the normal college students, the traditional teaching method is combined with the PBL teaching method during the teaching of Molecular Biology in the higher normal colleges. Change of teaching method not only makes the students grasp the knowledge of the course, but also highlights the teaching mode of " student as the main body", which could help students to cultivate the scientific thinking ability, team spirit, language organization and expression ability. The implementation of above teaching method lays the foundation for the students to carry out teaching and related research work in the future. In addition, it is significant for the basic education and training of high quality teachers.
