摘  要:目的探讨行动导向教学模式在本科护生基础护理学理论教学中的应用效果。方法选取某医科大学2015级128名护理专业本科生为研究对象,以班级为单位(民汉合班),随机分为试验组(n=65)和对照组(n=63)。对照组采用传统的基础护理学理论教学模式,试验组采用行动导向教学模式;采用两独立样本t检验比较2组间理论考核成绩、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力的差异。结果试验组与对照组比较,护生理论成绩(87.6±8.7)分VS(80.2±9.2)分、评判性思维能力(62.0±7.4)分VS(50.0±6.8)分及教学满意度评分(87.0±7.4)分VS(82.0±6.8)分均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行动导向教学模式优于传统教学模式,行动导向教学模式可以提高本科护生评判性思维及教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of action-oriented teaching mode in theoretical teaching of basic nursing science for nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 128 nursing undergraduates were selected and divided into experimental group (n=65) and control group (n=63) according to the class (Han nationality and other ethnic minorities together). Traditional theoretical teaching mode was adopted in control group, and action-oriented teaching mode in experimental group. The independent- samples t- test was used to analyze the score of theoretical test, autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates in 2 groups. Results The score of theoretical test 87.6±8.7 VS 80.2±9.2, critical thinking ability 62.0±7.4 VS 50.0±6.8 and students) satisfaction with the teaching 87.0±7.4 VS 82.0±6.8 were all improved in experimental group when compared with those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The action-oriented teaching mode is effective for improving critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates and their satisfaction with the teaching.
