摘　　要："演讲与口才训练"是培养高职学生具有较强表达技能和口语素质的实用性课程,是面向各个专业学生开设的公共选修课程,也是一门人文素质教育课程和职业核心能力培养课程。文章从"有效课堂认证"的教改背景和评价标准、"演讲与口才训练"课程主体设计、"演讲与口才训练"课堂教学实施三个层面,进行了介绍和阐述。＂Speech and eloquence training＂ is a practical course designed to cultivate the necessary talents of higher vocational talents in contemporary society. It is a public elective course for all students of all the schools. Humanistic Quality Education Curriculum and Vocational Core Competence Training Course. This paper introduces and expounds the three aspects of the teaching and learning background of ＂effective classroom certification＂, the main design of ＂speech and eloquence training＂, the lecture and eloquence training.
