摘 要:通过采用富集分离方法,从3个赤霞珠株系(R5、ISV-FV5和169)的葡萄果实表皮共分离得到酵母菌36株。利用26S rDNA的D1/D2和5.8S-ITS区序列分析并结合形态学特征对这些菌株进行了多样性研究。共鉴定出3个酵母菌属的4个已知种群,分别为Cryptococcus magnus、Cryptococcus uzbekistanensis、Rhodosporidiobolus ruineniae和Hanseniaspora uvarum。Hanseniaspora uvarum为株系R5所特有,Cryptococcus uzbekistanensis和Rhodosporidiobolus ruineniae为株系ISV-FV5所特有,而Cryptococcus magnus同时存在于株系ISV-FV5和169上。结果表明,不同株系的赤霞珠葡萄表皮蕴含着多种类型的酵母菌资源,而且尽管其生长的客观条件是一致的,但因为株系的不同其所含酵母菌种群的组成上也存在明显的差异。With enrichment and isolation methods, 36 yeast strains were obtained from grape surface of three different Cabemet Sauvignon (R5, ISV-FV5 and 169). The biodiversity of the yeast strains were studied by 26S rDNA D 1/D2 domain, 5.8S-ITS region sequence analysis and morpho- logical analysis. 4 species from 3 genera were recognized, including Cryptococcus magnus, Cryptococcus uzbekistanensis, Rhodosporidiobolus ruine- niae and Hanseniaspora uvamm. In addition, H. uvarum was only found from the clone R5, both C. uzbekistanensis and R. ruineniae were only isolated from clone ISV-FV5, while C. magnus was found from both clones ISV-FV5 and 169. The results showed that different Cabemet Sauvignon clones consisted diverse yeast species from the grape surfaces, However, though the three clones from the same grape variety were growing under similar objective conditions, the comoositions of yeast species on ~rane surfaces from different clones were obviously different.
