日本中小学体育教学改革的新动向及其思考

摘　　要：运用文献资料等研究方法,对日本中小学体育教学改革的新动向进行分析,以洞察近新千年以来日本中小学体育教学改革的发展状况。调查结果显示:以新的社会变化需求为导向,推动中小学体育教学目标的终身化和多元化改革;以体育运动的终身化发展为依据,注重中小学体育教学内容的健身性和体系化发展;以提升体育教学质量为理念,增强中小学体育教学评价的弹性化和多元化发展等内容是日本中小学体育教学改革的新动向。日本中小学体育教学改革动向为我国中小学体育教学改革提供了一些有益的思考:以终身化、多元化为方向改革中小学体育教学目标;以健康性、体系化为重点革新中小学体育教学内容;以多元化、弹性化为目标完善中小学教学评价方式。In the paper through literature study an analysis is made on the new development of physical education reform in Japanese primary schools and secondary schools to have an insight into Japanese physical education reforms in primary and secondary schools.The findings of the analysis lie as follows：to promote life-long and diversified teaching objectives of physical education in Japanese primary and secondary schools according to new social demands;basing on the philosophy of life-long sport,focus on the fitness and systematic development of physical education content;to improve the quality of physical education,enhancing the elasticity and diversity of teaching evaluation is the new direction of physical education reform in Japanese schools.Japanese physical education reform provides some useful reflection：reform teaching objectives of physical education,enhance integration of physical education in primary and secondary schools with social development;reform teaching content to promote the healthy and systematic development of physical education in primary and secondary schools;improve teaching evaluation methods of physical education to promote the diversity and flexibility of teaching evaluation in primary and secondary schools.
