摘　　要：针对工业领域某些伺服电机位置控制需要高精度、小体积、强抗干扰能力的多圈绝对值编码器的特殊场合,设计了一种基于英飞凌公司的角度传感器TLE5012B的多圈绝对式磁编码器,该编码器可提供最高15位分辨率的位置信息。利用ARM微处理器对角度传感器的数据进行采集和处理,提供单圈绝对位置、多圈值、UVW信号和ABZ信号,采用SSI通信接口输出数据。本编码器具有掉电记忆、位置清零等功能,而且成本低,已应用于实际工控系统中。In order to meet the requirement that the industrial field of servo motor position control of special occasions needs multiloop absolute encoder with high precision, small volume and strong anti-interference capability, a muhiloop absolute magnetic encoder based on Infineon Corporation＇s angle sensor TLE5012B is designed, which can provide information about the location of the highest 15-bit resolution. The ARM microprocessor is used to acquire and process the data of the angle sensor, and the absolute position of the single loop, multiloop value, UWV and ABZ signals are provided. The SSI communication interface is used to output the data. This encoder has the functions of power down memory, zero position clearing and low cost, and has been applied to the actual industrial control system.
