摘　　要：简要回顾"中学为体、西学为用"的历史沿革,并针对外语教育中华文化不彰的现状,从教材编写和课程安排两方面提出外语教育中要彰显中华文化的传授,建立我们的文化自信,以实现对外传播中华文化的时代要求。This paper briefly reviews the evolution of the concept of＂ Chinese learning as the base, Western learning for application＂, and aiming at the current situation of less emphasis of China＇s culture in the domain of foreign language education ,from perspectives of textbook compiling and curricular arrangement emphasizes the teaching of China＇s culture in foreign language education, in order to establish the confidence in China＇s culture and satisfy the times requirement of spreading China＇s culture.
