摘 要:通过比较自然干燥、烘房干燥、滚筒杀青后干燥、蒸制杀青后干燥4种干燥方法对槐米中芦丁转化的影响,在此基础上,对杀青温度、喂料量、滚筒转速进行三因素三水平正交试验,优化滚筒杀青工艺参数。结果表明,以芦丁和槲皮素含量为响应值,确定了滚筒杀青的最佳工艺参数为:杀青温度190℃,喂料量1 kg,滚筒转速14 r/min,槐米中芦丁含量为19.06%,槲皮素含量为0.89%。In this study, the effects of four different treatments on the transformation of rutin in Flos Sophora were studied including natural drying, oven drying, drying after rotary fixation and drying after steaming fixing. On this basis, the process parameters of rotary fixation were opitimized by orthogonal test with three factors and three levels experiment on fixing temperature, volume of feed and roller speed. The result showed that with the content of rutin and quercetin as response value, the optimum process parameters were as follows:fixing temperature 190 ℃, feeding volume 1 kg, roller speed 14 r/min. Under the parameters, the content of rutin and quercetin were19.06% and 0.89%, respectively.
