摘 要:目的掌握北京市大兴区市售食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,发现高危食品种类,为政府食品安全工作提供数据支持。方法采用随机抽样方法,于2010—2014年连续5年共采集辖区范围内的22类食品样品,进行沙门菌、志贺菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、创伤弧菌、铜绿假单胞菌等7种食源性致病菌检测分析。结果 2010—2014年共采集样品899件,检出食源性致病菌59株,污染样品检出率为6.56%。在检出的59种致病菌中,沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、创伤弧菌、铜绿假单胞菌检出率的构成比为15.25%、15.25%、40.68%、18.64%、6.78%和3.39%,而志贺菌从未检出。结论大兴区市售食品中,首要污染的致病菌为单增李斯特菌,主要受污染食品为生畜肉,应加强食品安全监管,防止食源性疾病发生。[Objective] To understand the contamination status of foodborne pathogenic bacteria in commercial foods in Daxing District of Beijing City,to identify high-risk food,and provide data support for government food safety. [Methods] Using a random sampling method,a total of 22 kinds of food were collected from 2010-2014 for 7 foodborne pathogens detection,such as salmonella,shigella,staphyloeoecus aureus,Listeria monoeytogenes,vibrio parahaemolytieus,vibrio vulnifieus,pseudomonas aerugi- nosa. [Results] Of 899 food samples collected from 2010-2014,59 foodborne pathogens were detected,with the positive rate of 6.56%. Of 59 foodborne pathogens, theeomposition of the detection rate of Salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monoeyto-genes,vibrio parahaemolytieus,vibrio vulnificus,pseudomonas aeruginosa was 15.25% ,15.25% ,40.68% ,18.64% ,6.78% and 3.39% ,respectively,no Shigella was detected. [Conclusion] The primary pathogen caused food contamination in commercial foods in Daxing District was Listeria monoeytogenes. The main contaminated food is raw meat. It is necessary to strengthen food safety supervision to prevent foodborne disease.
