摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学方法在心内科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法在2016年1—10月我院临床实习的学生中随机选取心内科临床实习学生共100人为研究对象,随机分为实验组(PBL)50人,对照组(传统教学)50人。实验组组采用PBL+LBL教学方法,对照组则采用LBL教学方法。两组分别进行相同题目的入科考试及出科考试,同时均采用不记名问卷调查方法,对两组教学效果及教学模式进行评价。结果两组学生在理论知识考试部分成绩水平持平,P>0.05,无统计学差异。但是实验组学生在病例分析、基本技能及综合成绩等部分成绩高于对照组。PBL+LBL教学方法在教学满意度、对学生临床知识掌握、兴趣培养、临床思维培养、综合分析能力、理解和记忆能力及团队精神等方著高于LBL组。结论 PBL+LBL教学方法优于传统教学,可以提高学习的积极性,有助于医学生临床思维和实践能力的培养。在心内科临床实习中引入PBL教学是有意义的探索。Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching in department of cardiology. Methods From January to October 2016, students of clinical practice in our hospital were randomly selected department of cardiology clinical practice students, a total of 100 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(PBL) 50 people, control group(traditional teaching) 50 people. The experimental group adopted the PBL and LBL teaching method, the control group using LBL teaching method. The two groups were the same topic in examinations and the examination at the same time, adopt questionnaire investigation method to evaluate the teaching effect and teaching mode of two groups. Results The two groups of students in the theoretical knowledge test part of the results were flat, P0.05, no statistical difference. But in the experimental group, the scores of case analysis, basic skills and comprehensive scores were higher than those of the control group. The PBL+LBL teaching method is higher than the LBL group in the teaching satisfaction, the student clinical knowledge grasping, the interest training, the clinical thinking training, the comprehensive analysis ability, the understanding and the memory ability and the team spirit. Conclusion PBL+ LBL teaching method is superior to traditional teaching, can improve the enthusiasm of study, and is helpful for the training of clinical thinking and practical ability of medical students. It is meaningful to introduce PBL teaching in clinical practice of Department of cardiology.
