摘　　要：以色列在国家层面上大力发展英才教育的做法极具特色,目前已形成了较完善的教育体系。本文从教师专业发展项目的视角介绍了以色列教师培训课程体系,包括意识形态课程、正式课程、领悟课程、操作课程和实验课程。从基本理念、主要目标以及课程介绍三方面对英才教育教师专业发展项目解读,得到以下启示:竖立多元的课程理念、建立综合的课程模式与课程设置、鼓励多层的课程设计、开设心理辅导课程。Israel＇s main feature is to develop gifted education by national level and now has formed a relatively complete system. This paper introduces the teachers＇ training course system from the perspective of teachers＇ professional development program, include the ideological curriculum; the formal curriculum; the perceived curriculum; the operational curriculum; the experienced curriculum. From the basic idea; the main objectives and the course description to interpret the teacher＇s professional development program of the gifted education, and get the following enlightenment, erecting the diverse curriculum ideas, establish the integrated curriculum model and curriculum, encourage the multi-level course design, set up the psychological counseling courses.
