摘 要:在食品加工过程中机械设备所用的润滑油存在诸多安全隐患,研究选取润滑油中的污染指标镉及其在使用中的含量变化反映其对食品的污染程度。采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉;通过正交试验对润滑油微波消解条件进行了优化。结果表明,微波消解仪压力2.2 MPa,消解时间9 min,混合酸量6 mL HNO_3(70%)、1 m L H2O2(30%),该条件下加标回收率为86.1%~103.1%,符合要求;工业级润滑油中镉含量0.557~0.793 mg/kg,食品级润滑油中镉含量均未超出定量限,危害分析结果相对安全。The lubricating oil is the mechanical blood, while the industry lubricating oil has potential safety b aTard in the food processing. The pollution degree of oil is studied, and the reference index of heavy metal cadmium is selected. The cadmium in lubricating oil is determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The microwave digestion condition of the lubricating oil is optimized by orthogonal test. The result show that the pressure microwave digestion instrument of 2.2 MPa, digestion time of 9 min, mixed acid of 6 mL HNO3 (70%)+1 mL H2O2 (30%). The recoveries of the method are 86.1%- 103.1%. Lubricating oil selected 3 kinds of industrial grade and 2 kinds of food grade lubricants. The results show that three kinds of industrial grade lubricants cadmium content in 0.557-0.793 mg/kg, 2 kinds of food grade lubricants in cadmium content do not exceed the limit of quantification. The content analysis of food by lubricating oil pollution hazard analysis, according to the maximum pollution level of 1 g food minimum mixed with 0.006 g, the result is relatively safe.
