摘 要:研制中国学生发展核心素养是全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务的迫切需要。学生发展核心素养回应了"教育要立什么德、树什么人"或者说"教育要培养什么样的人"这一教育最根本的问题。中国学生发展核心素养以培养"全面发展的人"为核心,分为文化基础、自主发展、社会参与三个方面,综合表现为人文底蕴、科学精神、学会学习、健康生活、责任担当、实践创新等六大素养,具体细化为国家认同等十八个基本要点。学生发展核心素养的培育是全面推进素质教育的具体表现,深化课程改革、教学实践、教育评价等是落实核心素养的基本途径。The development of students ' core quality in China is urgent in need for fully implementing the education policy and committing the fundamental task of moral cultivation for people. The development of the core quality of students has responded to the basic question of what moral standard that education should be established,else,what kind of people that education should cultivate. The core of Chinese students' quality is"to cultivate all-round development of people",which can be divided into three aspects: cultural foundation,independent development,and social participation,generally performing as cultural heritage,scientific spirit,learning strategies,healthy life,responsibility,practice and innovation six qualities which can be specified into eighteen basic points of national identity. The cultivation of students' core quality is the specific embodiment to promote the quality education, meanwhile deepening the curriculum reform, teaching practice, education evaluation and so on are the basic means to solidify the core qualities.
