摘  要:课程教学团队通过实施课程教学完成专业人才培养目标,对保证专业人才培养质量至关重要。当前,高职院校课程教学团队建设存在"团队意识不强,沟通平台缺失;教研氛围不浓,兼职教师缺席;培养力度不够,课程负责人缺位;专兼融合不深,互动机制缺乏;考核导向不明,教师评价缺陷"等问题。因此,高职院校需要构建产教融合、专兼结合的课程教学团队,增强团队意识,搭建沟通平台,健全交流机制,实施首席主讲制度,执行统一教学标准;同时加强团队管理,凝聚团队合力,着力提升人才培养质量。The curriculum-based teaching team achieve the goal of professional talent training through course teaching. It's very important to ensure the training quality of professional talent. Currently,there are some problems in curriculum-based teaching team of higher vocational colleges,such as inadequate teamwork spirit,lack of communication platform,inadequate research atmosphere,absence of part-time teachers; inadequate training,absence of course director,inadequate integration of vocational and professional teachers in curriculum-based teaching team,lack of interaction mechanism,and the unclear assessment guide,defects of teacher evaluation. Therefore,it is necessary to construct curriculum-based teaching team with the integration of production and education,and the combination of vocational and professional in higher vocational colleges. It is very significant to strengthen team spirit,build communication platform,perfect communication mechanism,implement chief speaker system,perform unified teaching standard; At the same time,strengthening team management and achieving team cohesion are of great significance to improve professional training quality.
