摘 要:中小科技企业如何激发知识型员工持续有效的创新行为,以促进企业创新发展,成为管理者必须思考的重要课题。经实证研究发现知识型员工的心智模式对组织创新气氛具有显著正向影响,且二者均显著正向影响其创新行为;心智模式通过组织创新气氛正向影响创新行为,组织创新气氛具有部分中介效应。鉴于此,企业应注重培育知识型员工积极的心智模式,并引导其加强心智模式的自我管理;同时,加强组织创新气氛的建设并构建科学的创新绩效考评体系。It has become an important issue for managers to think about how to stimulate the sustainable and effective innovation behavior of knowledge employees in order to promote the innovation and development of TBSMEs. Through empirical research, this paper finds that there is a positive correlation between mental mode and organizational innovation climate, the mental mode of knowledge employees and organizational innovation climate have significant positive effects on innovative behavior, and then the organizational innovation climate acts as the mediator in the relationship between employees' mental mode and innovative behavior. In view of this, enterprises should pay attention to cultivate the positive mental mode of knowledge employees, and guide them to strengthen the mental mode of self management, at the same time, strengthen the construction of organizational innovation climate and construct scientific system of innovation performance evaluation system.
