摘  要:培养小学全科教师是加强农村教师队伍建设的重要举措,科学合理的课程设计是决定培养质量的关键。课程设计应坚持多元发展、强化课程整合、注重特色培养、重视实践教学的基本理念,贯彻师范性、基础性、综合性、实践性和地方性的基本原则,遵循人文化、地方化和社会化的价值取向,运用现代教育理论和学习理论,努力构建"理论+实践+特色"的小学全科教师培养课程及内容体系,着力培养"一专多能"卓越的小学教师。It is an important approach for improving the structure of rural teachers to carry out general-subject training for primary school teachers; while curriculum design is one of the key factors for the quality of general-subject training for primary school teachers. From the perspective of the basic philosophy, curriculum design should be upholding multiple developments, strengthening curriculum integration, focusing on characteristic training and emphasis on practice teaching. The basic principles for curriculum design included teacher-training, fundamentalism, integrity, practicality and locality, which reflect the value of humanity, locality and socialization. As for training primary school teacher as expert in one field while possessing all-round knowledge and ability, it is necessary to design the curriculum system with "theory, practice, and specialty" by the guidance of the modern educational theory and learning theories.
