摘  要:膳食中的植物油能够为人体提供丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,而不饱和脂肪酸具有抗炎活性,能够通过降低机体炎症因子的表达量,从而延缓机体衰老。本文以秀丽线虫为模型,评价5种常见植物油--深海鱼油调和油、玉米胚芽油、亚麻籽油、油茶籽油、橄榄油日常摄入后对机体寿命的影响。研究结果表明:玉米胚芽油和亚麻籽油具有极显著地延长机体寿命的效果,其次是单不饱和脂肪酸含量极高的橄榄油和油茶籽油,而深海鱼油调和油对机体寿命的影响最不明显。以秀丽隐杆线虫评价膳食主要组成之一的植物油与机体寿命间的关系,为研究植物油的功能特性提供新方向和方法模型。Dietary vegetable oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which were reported to have an anti-inflammatory activityby lowering the expression of inflammatory cytokines. Considering the close relation between aging and inflammation, it can be indicated that unsaturated fatty acids can extend the lifespan. In this study, the effect of five common vegetable oils, deep sea fish oil blend oil, corn germ oil, linseed oil, camellia oil and olive oil on the lifespan was measured on the Caenorhabditis elegans model. It was found that corn germ oil and linseed oil hada very significant anti-aging activity, the second is the olive oil and camellia oil abundant with monounsaturated fatty acids, whereas deep sea fish oil blend oil exhibited the least significant influence on the lifespan. This study studied the relationbetweendietary vegetable oils and lifespan using the Caenorhabditis elegans model, provide a new aspect and method to study the function of vegetable oils.
