摘　　要：多元智能理论包含了个性化和自主化的教育内涵。结合当前高职学生基础不牢、个体差异大,英语课堂时间有限的实际,该理论为培养高职学生英语自主学习能力、发展个人潜力提供了方法指导。Multiple intelligence theory includes individual and autonomous education connotation. Combined with the HV students＇ weak learning foundation, great individual differences, limited English classroom time, this theory provides a method for training students＇ ability of English autonomous learning and developing personal potential.
