基于典型工作任务的经济法课程设计与实施——以高职院校资产评估与管理专业为例

摘　　要：高职院校资产评估与管理专业的经济法课程开发应立足于地方资产评估行业、企业对资产评估从业人员的法律素养要求,以职业活动中的典型法律工作任务为载体开展教学设计和教学实施,使学生贴近企业真实的职业情境,不断巩固和运用法律知识和技能,实现教学过程和工作过程有效对接。The course developmenr of economic law for the students majoring in thevaluation and management in higher vocational education should be based on the local asset evaluationindustry and the requirement for the legal quality of the employees, and thactivities should be in accordance with the practical legal task, which can hprofessional acitivity and improve their legal knowledges and legal abilities so as to rebetween teaching and working.
