摘 要:教师仁爱的伦理特性是指在教师仁爱发展历程中共同存在的、能够体现教师仁爱本性的道义假设和伦理精神。考察教师仁爱的历史和现实会发现,爱无差等和教书育人是人类教师活动不可或缺的道德基石。爱无差等和爱有差别相对立,强调教师把自己的关心和爱护无差别地分享给学生,让学生共同在充满师爱的环境中成长。教书育人体现着教师的责任和使命,强调教师的师德修养以及对人成长的促进。The ethical nature of teachers' benevolence refers tothe moral hypotheses and ethical spirit that coexist in the devel-opment of teachers' benevolence and show the benevolence na-ture of teachers. An examination of the history and reality ofteachers' benevolence shows that loving all uniformly, and im-parting knowledge and educating people is the moral cornerstoneindispensable to human's teacher activities. Opposite to lovingdiscriminately, loving all uniformly emphasizes that teachersshould share their care and love with students without distinctionand let students grow together in a teacher-friendly environment.Imparting knowledge and educating people embodies the respon-sibility and mission of teachers, emphasizing teachers' moral cul-tivation and the promotion of human growth.
