摘　　要：从教育生态学理论出发,发现高职英语课堂存在生态危机:忽视学生的主体地位,主导主体态位失衡;课堂教学方式单调,生态课堂多样性缺失。构建协调的英语生态课堂策略为:构建教师生态位,发挥引导作用;设计生态化教学方法;创建课堂生态环境。The ecological theory claims that an ecological crisis exists in English classroom teaching in the vocational colleges due to the neglect of the students and imbalance of the teachers.The writer argues that an ecological English class is to be established and a leading role reconstructed for teachers,and ecological atmosphere formed.
