摘  要:基于多元治理理论、以企业视角系统设计的多方联动激励机制,是校企合作良性运作正向支持的外部机制。教育情感、社会责任、组织利益是企业参与校企合作内部动机的基本要素,三者互相影响、缺一不可。政府、院校、行业和社会等治理主体合理定位功能角色:政府治理,重点在以法治促责任、以制度保利益、以政策强服务;院校变革,核心是通过办学观念、合作机制、人才培养及师资队伍建设提升与企业合作中观念、能力与效率的匹配协同度;行业参与,积极鼓励行业协会以第三方身份对校企合作进行行业性指导;社会导向,大力倡导全社会崇尚技能,形成激励企业参与校企合作的文化环境。The five-party linkage incentive mechanism model based on muhiple governance theory and enterprise perspective is the external mechanism which positively supports the gooa operation between scnools anu enterprises. Educational emotion, social responsibility and organizational benefit are the basic elements of enterprises participating in school-enterprise cooperation. The three factors influence each other and are indispensable. Government, institutions, industries and society should be given proper roles of social governance. Government governance should focus on promoting responsibility by law, protecting interests by system, and enhancing services by policy. The core of college and university reform is to promote the cooperation with enterprises in concept, ability and efficiency through the cooperation in the concept of school running, cooperation mechanism, personnel training and faculty construction. Industry participation should encourage the industry associations to be the third party guide to the school-enterprise cooperation. Social orientation should advocate the whole society to value skills and form a cultural environment mechanism to encourage enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation.
