摘　　要：引导地方本科高校向应用技术类型高等学校转型发展,是当前我国教育领域综合改革的重大任务。在此背景下,以广西科技大学鹿山学院食品科学与工程专业为例,从人才培养方案、人才培养模式、实验室建设、实习基地建设、师资队伍建设、教学大纲及教材等方面进行改革与实践,并充分发挥校企合作理事会的作用,培养符合现代食品行业需求的应用型人才,为更好地进行食品专业应用型人才培养提供新思路。To guide local ordinary undergraduate universities transition towards applied-technology-oriented higher education institutions are the major tasks of comprehensive reform in our current educational field. Under this background,the practical talents training of food science and engineering profession in Lushan college of Guangxi university of science and technology were researched and practiced from personnel training program,personnel training mode,laboratory construction,practice base establishment,teaching staff construction,syllabuses and materials,as well as school cooperation council. Thus students can meet the needs of modern food industry. It provided better ideas for practical talent training of food major.
