摘 要:建立QuEChERS结合液相色谱高分辨飞行时间质谱法(LC-ESI-Q-TOF)快速筛查稻米中59种农药残留的方法。采用乙腈提取稻米样品,经PSA净化,并利用LC-ESI-Q-TOF方法筛查分析。结果表明,59种目标化合物在5~100μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,各种农药的方法检出限均低于10μg/kg。在3个添加水平下(0.010,0.050和0.200 mg/kg),进行回收率和精密度试验(n=6),平均回收率为65.3%~113.2%,相对标准偏差RSD值为0.5%~14.7%。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、特异性强、准确度高等优点,适合于稻米中多种类农药残留的快速筛查分析。A novel method for the detemaination of 59 pesticide residues in rice was developed by using QuEChERS-LC-ESI- Triple TOF-MS. The rice samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by primary secondary amine, and detected by LC- ESI-Q-TOF. The results showed that the linearities of the 59 pesticide residues were in range of 5 μg/L to 100 pg/L, with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.99. The limits of the detection method were below 10 μg/kg. The recoveries obtained ranged from 65.3% to 113.2% at three spiked levels in rice (0.010, 0.050 and 0.200 mg/kg) with the relative standard deviations from 0.5% to 14.7% (n=6). This method had high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for simple and rapid screening ofoesticide multi-residues in rice.
