摘  要:立足产教融合,探究高职学生核心素养的培育是高职教育创新发展的内在要求,也是现代高职教育的发展方向,体现了现代高职教育面向职场的本质特性。通过分析高职院校学生核心素养的内涵及培养诉求,明确了产教融合的内涵及模式,从人才培养体系的制定、实施、评价三方面阐述了产教融合模式是培养高职学生核心素养、提高高职教育教学质量的有效途径。Exploring the key attainment cultivation of higher vocational college students based on industryeducation integration is internal demands for higher vocational education innovation and development and trends of modern higher vocational education, which indicates that modern higher vocational education is career-oriented education. It analyzes the connotation and cultivation demand for key attainment of higher vocational college students, clarifies the meaning and mode of industry-education integration. An effective approach of key attainment cultivation of higher vocational college students is pointed out from make, implement and assessment of talent cultivation, which can improve education teaching quality of higher vocational college.
