摘 要:采用固相微萃取-气质联用分析母乳挥发性成分,并对其检测条件进行优化。通过单因素实验,最终确定了母乳挥发性成分较优的检测条件为使用 DVB/PDMS 萃取头、加入1.5 g NaCl的5 mL样品在60℃萃取30 min、解析5min。在此检测条件下分析母乳样品,得到34种挥发性成分,其中烯烃类14种、酸类5种、酯类8种、芳香烃类4种、酮类3种,将为改善配方奶的风味提供一定的理论依据。The combined technology of solid phase microextraction ( SPME ) and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the volatile compounds from human breast milk and the detection conditions were optimized by single factor experiments.The optimal conditions were achieved when 5 mL of sample containing 1.5 gram of NaC1 was extracted at 60 ℃ for 30 rain using DVB/PDMS extraction fiber with a resolution time of 5 min.Under optimal conditions, thirty- four volatile compounds including alkenes ( fourteen types ), acids ( five types ) , esters ( eight types ), aromatic hydrocarbons ( four types) and ketones( three types)were identified. This study could provide theoretical basis for the improvement of flavor of formula milk.
