摘  要:中高职衔接是构建现代职业教育体系的关键。从2010年开始,广东省中高职衔接的实践已经培养5届毕业生,通过对试点学校衔接与非衔接专业在专业设置、衔接招生、人才培养、就业质量等方面的数据进行比较研究,发现以下主要特点:专业的数量逐步增加、文理分布逐步平衡;衔接的连续性逐渐增强;招生规模保持平稳;入学报到率比较高;设计不同的人才培养方案;就业质量基本一致。The integration of secondary and higher vocational education is the key to construct the modern vocational education system. We have produced graduates for five years since the introduction to the practice of the integration of secondary and higher vocational education beginning from 2010 in Guangdong. By researching about the subjects' setting, recruiting students, students' training and the quality of employment, the following features are concluded: the number of subjects is growing; the distribution of liberal arts and sciences is gradually balanced; progression pathways are gradually increasing; student's enrollment rate is relatively higher; the talent training programs are designed differently; the quality of employment is basically the same.
