摘  要:为了解负载型TiO_2对花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_1(aflatoxin B_1,AFB_1)紫外光催化降解及其动力学影响,在自制的光催化反应器中,采用负载型TiO_2对花生油进行降解。考察了煅烧温度、光照强度和循环速度对AFB_1降解效果和花生油品质的影响,并通过X-射线衍射和X-射线光电子能谱对TiO_2进行表征分析。结果表明:随煅烧温度增加,锐钛矿晶型衍射峰越来越尖锐,锐钛矿质量分数逐渐减小;400℃时,羟基氧和Ti^(3+)的含量均较高。光催化降解花生油中AFB_1符合准一级动力学模型,最佳工艺为煅烧温度400℃,光照强度26μmol·m^(-2)s^(-1),循环速度800 m L·min^(-1),反应120 min,AFB_1降解率可达73.02%。降解后花生油过氧化值和酸价符合国家标准。In order to investigate the photocatalytic degradation of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)in peanut oil and its kinetics, the prepared TiO2 was used to degrade the AFB1 in homemade reactor. The effects of calcination temperature, light intensity and cycle speed on the degradation efficiency and peanut oil quality were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were used to analyze the characterization of the prepared semiconductor materials. Results showed that · With the increase of calcination temperature, the diffraction peak of anatase crystal became more and more sharp, the crystal size was getting bigger and bigger and the anatase mass fraction decreased gradually. At 400℃, the contents of hydroxyl oxygen and acid value were both at high level.The photoeatalytic degradation of AFB1 in peanut oil was in accordance with the pseudo first-order kinetic model well, the optimum calcination temperature was 400℃, light intensity 26μmol·m-2·s-1, circulation speed 800 mL·min-1 ,peroxide value and acid price after degradation was still in line with national standards.
