摘　　要：低聚木糖的提取分离技术已经成为了国内外食品工业研究的热点。主要叙述了从粮食农作物中提取低聚木糖的分离和纯化技术的研究进展和前景。The extraction and separation was put into the highlight by home and abroad.The techniques of xylooligosaccharides separation and extraction from agronomic and its prospect were over-viewed.
