摘  要:职前教师的学习力是指职前教师与学习环境互动时促使、促进、促成其快速发展的力量总和,包括学习动力、教育理论知识和教学技能的吸纳力、教育经验借鉴力、问题研究力。当前,职前教师的学习动力、吸纳力、借鉴力和研究力严重不足,不利于提升职前教师的培养质量。确立合理的发展目标,构建强大的学习动力系统,提高学习能力,营建良好的学习环境,有助于提升职前教师的学习力。The learning motivation of pre-service teachers refers to the sum of forces which encourages, promotes and allows the rapid development of pre-service teachers in the interaction between teachers and learning environment, including the learning drive, the power of absorbing educational theoretical knowledge and teaching skills, the power of learning from educational experience and the power of researching problems. At present, the learning motivation, absorptive power, reference ability and research ability of pre-service teachers are seriously insufficient, which is not conducive to improving the training quality of pre-service teachers. Establishing the reasonable development goal, constructing the powerful learning motivation system, improving the learning ability and constructing the good learning environment will help to improve the learning motivation of pre-service teachers.
