摘　　要：随着青年教师在高校教师队伍中占比越来越大,青年教师的思想道德素质对高校精神文明建设和教育现代化都有重要的影响。师德作为教师道德素养的首要内容,青年教师的师德建设是新时期高校教育成果的关键因素。为此,本文在结合了青年教师自身特点及其对于高校师资队伍建设的重要性的基础上,指出高校青年教师的师德建设应以遵循社会主义核心价值观为原则,从社会、校园、青年教师自身等几个方面提出了具体的施行对策。With the increasing proportion of young teachers in the college teachers＇ ranks, the ideological and moral qualities of young teachers have an important influence on the construction of spiritual civilization and the modernization of education.Teacher ethics is the primary content of teachers＇ moral accomplishment, and the construction of teachers＇ morality is the key factor for the achievement of higher education in the new era. Based on the characteristics of young teachers and their importance to the construction of teachers in colleges and universities, this paper points out that the construction of teachers＇ morality of young teachers in colleges and universities should be based on the principle of following the socialist core values, and put forward specific implementation measures from the aspects of society, campus and young teachers themselves.
