摘  要:医学检验本科的学习时间从5年减为4年,教学时间明显缩短。我们采用以TBL为主的混合式教学设计,分基础实验、综合性实验、探索性实验三个层次对原来的"临床免疫学检验"实验课程做了新的设计改革,各层次之间紧密联系,起到承前启后,逐步提升和训练学生检验技术和实验设计分析能力的目标。该项改革和实践在稳定了"临床免疫学检验技术"实践教学效果的同时,提高了四年制医学检验本科的专业培养质量。The learning time of medical laboratory undergraduates was reduced from 5 years to 4 years, and the teaching time was significantly shortened. We have made a new reform on the experimental course of clinical immunology laboratory tech- nique. We adopt the mixed teaching design based on TBL, which are divided into three levels: basic experiment, comprehen- sive experiment and exploratory experiment. The close ties between different levels play a connecting link, and gradually im- prove the ability of laboratory medicine undergraduates' testing technology and data analysis. This reform have stabilized the practical teaching effect of the new course (Clinical immunological laboratory technique), and raised the training quality of the four years undergraduates of laboratory medicine.
