摘　　要：美国设立全国教师教育认证委员会、州际教师评价与支持联盟、国家教师专业教学标准委员会和优质教师证书委员会,分别针对候选教师、新教师、优秀教师和杰出教师制订相关的教师专业标准,为美国教师的发展做出巨大贡献。分析美国四大全国性教师专业标准的发展历程和内容,以便借鉴其先进经验促进我国教师教育的发展。The United States formed National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, Interstate Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium, National Board for Professional Teaching Standards andAmerican Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, respectively for the candidate teachers, new teachers, outstanding teachers and outstanding teachers to develop the relevant teacher professional standards, made great contribution to the development of teachers in the United States. This paper analyzes the development course and content of the four national teachers＇ professional standards in the United States, so as to learn from its experience to promote the development of China’s education.
