摘  要:国家在加快职业教育发展的过程中,引导地方普通本科高等院校向应用技能型本科转型,在转型过程中,教师实践能力的培养就显得尤为重要。教师要具备所教专业的理论水平与实践水平相一致;教学实践能力与动手实践能力相融合;懂得行业规律,具备行业管理能力;完善课程设计,强化教育科研能力。In the process of accelerating the development of vocational education, the nation guides the local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to transform into applied skilled undergraduate, in this process, the cultivation of teachers' practical ability is particularly important. Teachers should have the theoretical level in line with the practical level,integrate the teaching practice ability with operation practice ability; understand the rules of the industry and have the ability to manage the industry; improve the course design and strengthen education research capacity.
