摘　　要：校企合作是我国高等职业教育改革与发展的必然趋势,在当前校企合作过程中,企业的积极性一直不高,究其原因,经济动力缺失是关键因素。因此,有必要通过对企业参与的经济成本和经济收益进行探讨,分析哪些因素制约企业参与高职院校校企合作的经济动力,同时,从政府、法律法规和组织保障等角度有针对性地制定出举措,最大程度地提升企业参与的积极性,从而推动高职院校校企合作的有效开展。College-enterprise collaboration is an inevitable trend in the reform and development of higher vocational education in China.In the current college-enterprise collaboration,the enthusiasm of enterprises has not been high,which lies in the lack of economic motives.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze economic motives which restrict enterprises＇ participation in college-enterprise collaboration in higher vocational colleges by studying the economic cost and benefits of enterprises＇ participation.In the meanwhile,measures should be formulated from the perspectives of government,laws and regulations and organizational guarantees to maximize the enthusiasm of enterprises＇ participation,and push the the effective development of college-enterprise collaboration in higher vocational colleges.
