摘　　要："谷物加工工艺学"是粮食工程专业的核心课程,课程内容量大、应用性强、学生学习难度大。从课程教学、实践教学和考核方式等几个方面进行改革,提升课程教育教学质量,提高学生的工程设计能力、实践创新能力,为粮油加工行业提供高水平专业人才。Grain Processing Technology is the core course of the major of grain engineering. This course involves numerous knowledge points and profound and abstract contents,which makes it difficult to understand. This paper carried out reform in several aspects such as curriculum teaching,practical teaching and assessment method,and improved the teaching quality of education,and foster more talents for cereal processor.
