摘 要:教师是立教之本,兴教之源,师范生的高效培养是教师专业发展的关键。课堂是师范生最主要的学习场所,在"互联网+"的背景下形成师范生线上线下一体化课堂学习共同体,有利于强化师范生教育理论性知识和生成教育实践性知识,从而有益于提高师范生的教研素质,促进师范生核心素养发展。本文基于"互联网+"的背景,主要从课前多维准备的奠基性策略、课中具体实施的过程性策略、课外总结反思的评价性策略三个方面来探讨师范生课堂学习共同体的行动策略。Teachers are the base on which to establish education and the source of vitalizing education,so it is the key for teachers' professional development to efficiently train normal university students. Classrooms are the most important learning places for them. Under the "Internet plus"background,forming normal university students' classroom learning community with the integration of online and offline is beneficial to strengthening their theoretical knowledge of education and practical knowledge of generative education. It is also conducive to improving their teaching and research competency and promoting the development of their core accomplishment. Based on the Internet plus,the paper mainly studies the action strategies of normal university students' classroom learning community from the following three aspects : the foundation strategy of multidimensional preparation before class,the process strategy of concrete implementation in class and the evaluation strategy of summing up and reflecting after class.
