摘 要:专业伦理是师范生专业化发展的重要维度。本文采用问卷调查的研究方法,着重从师范生的师德认知与从教信念、职业认知及其情感、专业服务意识和专业自律意识等方面,对师范生专业伦理的实际状况进行了多维呈现和深入描述。同时指出在提升师范生专业伦理素养的过程中应重视三个方面:在观念上认识到师范生专业伦理教育的必要性,在内容上注重师范生专业伦理意识和道德能力的养成,在方法上采取多样化的方式开展师范生专业伦理教育。Teacher professional ethics are an important part of the normal students’ professional development. Using the method of questionnaire survey, this paper focuses on the practical situation of normal students’ professional ethics in a multidimensional presentation and in-depth description from the aspects of teachers’ moral cognition, teaching belief, professional cognition and emotion, professional service consciousness and professional self-discipline consciousness. At the same time, it pointes out that in the process of improving the professional ethics of normal students, we should pay attention to three aspects: the necessity of understanding the professional ethics education of normal students in the concept, the cultivation of professional ethics consciousness and moral ability of normal students in content, and a variety of ways to carry out the professional ethics education of normal students.
