摘  要:高职课堂教学质量评价方法的优劣不仅关系到学校职能部门对教学生态主体(教师)的考核,同时也关系到教师对课堂教学改革策略的再次优化。文章立足教育生态学理论,提出以AHP层次分析法和模糊数学理论为基础的高职课堂质量模糊综合评判分析法,模糊综合评判分为确立评价因素集及权重、评价集中各类专家对等级的隶属度、模糊综合评价过程三个阶段。并以高职数学课堂为例,对实施生态化教学改革一年前和一年后的高职课堂教学质量模糊评价的结果进行对比分析,指出了模糊综合评价的优势和应注意的问题。The pros and cons of classroom teaching quality evaluation method is not only related to the appraisement of teachers by functional departments within a college,but also influences the re-optimization of teachers' classroom teaching reform strategies. Based on the theory of educational ecology,this paper puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of higher vocational class quality in the light of the AHP analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and fuzzy mathematics theory. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be divided into three stages: 1. establishing the evaluation factor set and it's weight; 2. ascertaining various experts' membership degrees within the evaluation factor set; 3. fuzzy comprehensive evaluating. Taking higher vocational mathematics class as an example,the paper compares and analyzes the results from the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of classroom teaching quality a year prior to and after the implementation of ecological teaching reforms and points out the advantages of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the problems that should be paid attention to.
